How to Use

Chew 1 tablet for 5 seconds, wet your toothbrush and brush as normal for 2 minutes. Minimise swallowing and spit out the foam. Repeat AM and PM.


For adult use only.
Contains Sodium Monofluorophosphate (1.1%) (1451ppm F).
Discontinue use and consult your dentist or doctor if irritation occurs.
